How are Village Residences managed?
The entire Village is managed by Seefeld Village Betriebs FlexCo. This is the overarching organization for all Seefeld Village teams and external service providers and the first point of contact for all owners.

Which services are available to owners?
A special owner support service will be set up to help owners with all their questions at all times. In addition, during their stay as guests, Village Residence owners will have the opportunity to use all services, facilities and general areas of Seefeld Village. Numerous services are offered, including a concierge service and shuttle service.

Are owners required to rent out their Village Residence?
All our Residences have a tourist destination. This means that owners are obliged to place their Residences in the accommodation portfolio of Seefeld Village. Seefeld Village teams manage the Residences, take care of their maintenance and manage them as part of Seefeld Village.

How does the rental program work?
Owners bring their Village Residence into the Village's accommodation portfolio. Seefeld Village teams take care of your property and its maintenance and manage it as part of the Village's portfolio. The total income from rentals to guests of all Village Residences is divided pro rata among all owners and distributed quarterly.

What do the Residences cost?
35 penthouses will be developed with prices starting at €783,000, 81 apartments starting at €438,000, 14 lodges starting at €663,000 and 5 cabins starting at €743,000. Are all Village Residences sold fully furnished?
All Village Residences are sold fully furnished and meet our high quality standards. Our design team has put together three Seefeld Village design packages for you to choose from. A showroom has been set up at the project site to present the three design packages. If you are interested in visiting our showroom, please contact us through our online request form and a member of our team will contact you to coordinate a presentation with you.

What financing options do you offer?
When purchasing a Village Residence in Seefeld Village, all or part of the purchase price must be paid into a third-party account, depending on the progress of construction at the time of purchase. We can offer financing of up to 50% in the form of a mortgage loan through our partner bank. When will the Village Residences be completed?
The transfer period begins in spring 2026 and will be possible until the Village opens in spring 2027 and beyond. The transfer means that you will receive a fully functional Village Residence in Seefeld Village, including associated parking spaces.
