The transfer period begins in spring 2026 and will be possible until the Village opens in spring 2027 and beyond. The transfer means that you will receive a fully functional Village Residence in Seefeld Village, including associated parking spaces.
What financing options do you offer?

When purchasing a Village Residence in Seefeld Village, all or part of the purchase price must be paid into a third-party account, depending on the progress of construction at the time of purchase. We can offer financing of up to 50% in the form of a mortgage loan through our partner bank.
